What's in the Box?

A monthly Box will contain a constantly changing variety of items. Since your recipient will be receiving these on a continuous basis, we focus on consumable items such as sweet treats, tea, activities, and toiletries but they may also include small stuffed animals or fun seasonal items. Every box contains a special uplifting hand-signed card. View common items that are included

A Mailer comes complete with a beautiful card, hand-signed uniquely to them, a sweet treat, tea, and an activities booklet to give them a little challenge while having fun. View common items that are included

Can I add specially requested items?

While we can’t promise any special requests, please complete the “Other Info We Should Know About Your Loved One” section on the subscription form, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How does the hand-signed card work?

We have beautiful, pre-printed cards with uplifting messages that will be in every Box and Mailer. We will hand write the name of your recipient on the front and include the "from" name(s) you provide us on the inside of the card. You give us the names and we will do the rest! It will be in our handwriting, but it will be coming from you!

When will my recipient receive their package?

Depending on the plan you chose, your loved one will receive their packages weekly or monthly. The first one will be sent within the week you placed the order and the continuing items will then be sent on a cycle reflecting that start date. You will receive an email confirmation whenever a package has left our office and is on its way to your loved one.

How does a subscription work?

All you need to do is complete the subscription form with your recipient’s shipping address and your billing information and we will take care of the rest! You choose the option plan that works best for your loved one and then you can trust us to send off their weekly, monthly gift packages signed with your name.

Can I start a new subscription anytime?

Yes. Once your subscription is processed, that becomes the rotating date for your packages to be sent.

How can I change my subscription preferences?

If you decide you would like to change what package you send or how often they are mailed, simply go to “My Account” and complete the sections you would like to change. The adjustments will be made with the next package to be sent.

Can I see what a box looks like before I sign up?

You can request to receive your free personal box prior to signing up for a subscription for just a $2 shipping/handling fee. The sample box can be purchased here.

How can I make an adjustment to my subscription?

If you need to make changes to your shipping or billing information, go to “My Account” and adjust any necessary information. Be sure to SAVE your new information before logging out.

Can I send Boxes to more than one recipient?

Yes! If you’d like packages to go to more than one recipient/address, simply click “Add additional recipient” on the subscription information page. If you have previously completed your subscription information, go to “My Accounts” and click “Add Recipient”.

Can I send a Box without getting a subscription?

No, the service we provide is to send continuing packages to your loved one. However, you are under no obligation and can cancel at any time.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to “My Account” and click on “Payment & Subscription Information”, then "Cancel Subscription". Of course, we hate to see you go!

I forgot my Password!

On the Log In page, click "Forgot Your Password?" and enter the email address for your account. You will then receive an email with a special link to reset your password.

How will I know when my recipient is receiving their Box?

Their original package, along with your free Thank You gift, will be processed within the week you place the order. Their continual packages will then be placed based on that date. If you have a special request of when to ship, you can let us know that in the “Other Info we Should Know about Your Loved One” section. You will receive an email when your package is on its way, with tracking information, so you can always know when you are about to bring a smile to their face.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once their package leaves our office, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States.

What if my Box doesn’t arrive?

Please contact us and a replacement will be sent promptly!

What are my payment options?

All major credit cards.

When will I be billed?

All payments are processed monthly. The first payment will be when your order is submitted and then you will be billed monthly from that date.

How can I update/change my payment preference?

Go to “My Account” and click on “Payment Options”. Enter the information for your new payment preference and the change will be implemented with your next order.
