In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” means our customer, and that customer’s heirs, assigns or successors. These Terms and Conditions are subject to binding arbitration and a waiver of class action rights. We specifically disclose that our products may contain several common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans, egg, and chocolate. There is also a choking hazard involved with any type of hard candy. Always let us know of any allergies or choking potential and we will try not to include in that package; but you ultimately are responsible for any choking.

 

The contents of our packages are continually changing and we do not guarantee to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

 

We will notify you when a package has left our facility. We do not accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address. Actual delivery times may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any delays, outside or our control, which relate to the delivery. We strive to deliver our packages to your loved ones in perfect condition, however, if your box arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service department at contact@blueribbonbox.com.

 

“User Material” refers to all information and content that a user submits or enters to the website or services. Each time you submit User Material to us, you represent and warrant to us that you own your User Material or have the right to submit it, and in submitting it you will not be infringing on any rights of any third party or rights of confidentiality.
